Travel is included within 20 miles of Cleveland. Events beyond that add $20 per musician.

Absolutely! We have an extensive repertoire for nearly any event. If we don't already have a song you want and it needs to be purchased, we'll take care of it with the client covering the purchase cost.

There is no such thing as too far in advance! We do require bookings to be at least a month in advance of the event.

No. Once the booking terms are finalized, we only need you to sign the contract.

For outdoor events, you'll need to provide shade/cover and a dry, safe performance space. We reserve the right to cancel or pause the performance for rain, extreme heat or cold, or unsafe conditions, and if that happens with no indoor backup available, the full fee still applies.

Running 15 minutes over adds a flat $30 to your invoice. Past 20 minutes over, we'll add a full extra hour.
